Recession

Iowa has come and gone. Hillary is in trouble, Obama is the new kid to beat, he will win NH, but why are none of the leading Candidates talking about the deepening recession that we are in. The "News" still says - We might be headed for a recession. What a joke. Ask a small business man. We are in a horribly deep recession. Look around you at your local stores - how many are closed, are closing or will close...... ask them how they are doing if you frequent a small business.
The Small Bossiness owners in America are dying.

Where are the solutions, Mr. and Mrs. Candidates........when will one of you even mention the deepening financial cries of Main Street America, do you even know or do you live in a world of oblivion. Isn't it absurd the money that is being spent on Media Ads by these campaigns........the dollar amounts are staggering to the average American, and yet they are all professing to be the Candidate of Change.

The Candidate of Change would propose changes that matter - How about a fair tax system..... no one should pay any income tax of $50,000 or less........ and all income from $50,000 to 1,000,000 should be taxed at 10% - from 1,000,001 to 2,000,001 should be taxed at 15% - from , 2,000,001 to 3,000,001 should be at 20% and so on to a maximum tax rate of 35%. That is a just tax system for individuals, no exemptions, no complicated forms - a flat, fair just tax.

Corporations should pay 20% of net profits in Taxes, no exemptions, no incentives, no loopholes.....

A Candidate should stand up and say - " I will fix the predatory credit card mess" No credit card BY LAW should be allowed to charge more than Prime plus 8%.

Will one of you Candidates stand up - Mr. Edwards? Ms. Clinton? Mr. Obama? Mr. Roomey, Mr. Hucabee? Mr. McCain?
